i have to say this though its past overdue.
i got lost in tampines on friday. my mom gave me the wrong directions and i ended up a bustop away from where i was supposed to alight. block number was 202, i was at 327 or something like that. so i walked. which turned out to be a stoopid thing to do coz i should just wait for a taxi, har har. it took me about 45 mins (!!!) to reach there. i asked about 6 people along the way and none of them seemed to know where it is. i wanted to call someone living in tampines but my hp batt was near flat. after a while, there wasnt anyone in sight, until i saw this man waiting for the traffic light. i went up to him to ask for directions. and he pretended he didnt see me! like hello, tts so bloody obvious. i tiptoed, stood beside him and yelled into his ears. he flinched a bit but didnt even turn around. talk about being a jerk. and no, he's not deaf either. he just put down his hp when i just approached him.
eurgh. i was going to cry. thank god for mp3 players. and ice cream of course.
